All Music
Players’ parts should be engraved onto 9x12 paper.
Parts and scores should always be in transposed pitch.
Solo Works
Acceptable restral sizes: 6.5-7.5mm preferably scaled with grade difficulty; piano accompaniments with the solo line above it should have the solo line at ¾ size of the accompaniment line
Chamber Works
Acceptable rastral sizes: 6.5-7.5mm preferably scaled with grade difficulty for players’ parts; 5.5-6.5mm for scores (not including duets); piano accompaniments with solo lines should have the solo line at ¾ size of the accompaniment line
For duets, individual parts are not necessary, but recommended.
Large Ensemble Works
Scores should be engraved onto either 11x14 or 11x17.
Acceptable rastral sizes: 6.5-7.5mm preferably scaled with grade difficulty for players’ parts; 5.5-6.5mm for scores
