This version of the Overture “Story City” was prepared for piano by Jarod Hart for a concert at the Bertha Bartlett Public Library and serves as part of an ongoing project to reinvigorate the music Nehemias Tjernagel. Each section of the work should embody a different character and the overall effect of the “Overture” should be like that of a Mozart or Bizet overture than one by Wagner.
